ORDINANCE NO. 5186
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF PROPERTY BY C.
LEE LIGGETT AND JOHN C. ECHOLS; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK
TO FILE SAID DEDICATION WITH THE COUNTY CLERK OF HARRIS
COUNTY, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown,
Texas, formally accepts the dedication of certain property from
C. Lee Liggett and John C. Echols, the owners of the property as
described in Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof for all intents and purposes.
Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file the
dedication deed with the County Clerk of Harris County, Texas.
