Ordinance No. 5,11380922 -17 ORDINANCE NO. 5113 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF COUNT SYSTEMS FOR VARIOUS COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT BY THE CITY OF BAYTOWN OF THE SUM OF FORTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY AND N01100 ($40,350.00) DOLLARS. WHEREAS, authorize the advertise for software to be the City Council of the City of Baytown did Purchasing Department for the City of Baytown to sealed competitive proposals for various computer received Friday, June 10, 1988; and WHEREAS, notice to bidders as to the time and place, when and where the proposal would be received was published pursuant to the provisions of Section 74 of the Charter of the City of Baytown; and WHEREAS, all proposals were opened as per published notice, and following review of the proposals, the proposal most advantageous to the City by a responsible offeror was determined; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: sSection 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby accepts the proposal of Count Systems for various computer software for the sum of FORTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY AND N01100 ($40,350.00) DOLLARS, as the most advantageous proposal to the City of Baytown by a responsible offeror, and authorizes payment thereof. Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
