Ordinance No. 5,051E Published In: THE BAYTOWN SUN 80714 -3 Tuesday, July 19, 1988 Wednesday, July 20, 1988 ORDINANCE NO. 5051 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 5, "ANIMALS," OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES BY ADDING SECTION 5- 7(a)(6); PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PRESCRIBING A MAXIMUM PENALTY OF TWO HUNDRED AND N01100 ($200.00) DOLLARS FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF; AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That Chapter 5, "Animals," of the Code of Ordinances, City of Baytown, Texas, is hereby amended by adding a section, to be numbered Section 5- 7(a)(6), which said section shall read as follows: Sec. 5 -7. Certain animals restricted.
