ORDINANCE NO. 5017
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING PAYMENT OF ATTORNEY FEES AND
EXPENSES TO OAKS, HARTLINE & HONEY FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES RENDERED IN CAMPOS, ET AL VS. THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN THROUGH APRIL 30, 1988; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That payment of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
THIRTY -ONE AND 05/100 ($2,531.05) DOLLARS to Oaks, Hartline &
Honey for professional services rendered as attorneys
representing the City of Baytown in Campos, et al vs. the City of
Baytown through April 30, 1988, is hereby approved and
authorized.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of
Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown, this the 26th day of May,
1988.
