® AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING HE BID OF MINO MICROGRAPHICS,
INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF MICROFILM READER /PRINTER AND
AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT BY THE CITY OF BAYTOWN OF THE
SUM OF EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY -FIVE AMID N01100
($8,155.00) DOLLARS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baytown did
authorize the Purchasing Department for the City of Baytown to
advertise for bids for the purchase of a microfilm reader /printer
to be received March 10, 1988;1and
WHEREAS, notice to bidders as to the time and place, when
and where the contract would be let was published pursuant to the
provisions of Section 74 of the Charter of the City of Baytown;
and
WHEREAS, all bids were opened and publicly read at City Hall
at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Marci 10, 1988, as per published notice
to bidders; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C�TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the ity Council of the City of Baytown
hereby accepts the bid of Mino Micrographics, Inc. for the
purchase of a microfilm re der /printer for the sum of EIGHT
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY -FjVE AND N01100 ($8,155.00) DOLLARS,
and authorizes payment thereof.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of
Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ, and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown, this the 24th day of March,
1988.
