Ordinance No. 4,75770709 -11 ORDINANCE NO. 4757 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH DON S. REICHLE AND ASSOCIATES FOR THE INSPECTION OF THE JAMES STREET ELEVATED WATER STORAGE TANK; AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE SUM OF SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND N01100 ($6,500.00) DOLLARS IN CONSIDERATION 'THEREOF; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, has determined that the James Street elevated water storage tank requires inspection during repairs and restoration; and WHEREAS, the City of Baytown desires to have a professional engineer inspect the contractor's work during repairs and restoration of the James Street elevated water storage tank; and WHEREAS, Don S. Reichle and Associates has proposed to physically inspect the contractor's work during the repair and restoration of the James Street elevated water storage tank for the amount of SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND N01100 ($6,500.00) DOLLARS; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council hereby approves engaging Don S. Reichle and Associates for their professional services in making a physical inspection of the the contractor's work during the repair and restoration of the James Street elevated water storage tank. Section 2: Payment of SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND N01100 ($6,500.00) DOLLARS to Don S. Reichle and Associates is hereby authorized as consideration for the professional services rendered. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
