Ordinance No. 4,61361211 -13 ORDINANCE NO. 4613 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY -ONE AND N01100 ($3,721.00) DOLLARS AS THE CONSTRUCTION COST FOR EXTENDING ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO THE FIRE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. WHEREAS, the City of Baytown desires to have electrical service provided to the new Fire Administration Building presently under construction; and WHEREAS, the distance to extend service to this building exceeds the standard free allowance given by Houston Lighting and Power Company; and WHEREAS, the construction cost for the excess length of line is THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY -ONE AND N01100 ($3,721.00) DOLLARS; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That payment of THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY -ONE AND N01100 ($3,721.00) DOLLARS to Houston Lighting and Power Company as the construction cost for providing electrical service to the Fire Administration Building is hereby approved. The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign such documents as may be necessary to initiate the extension construction. Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
