Ordinance No. 4,47560612 -10 ORDINANCE NO. 4475 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF D. J. DeSANDRO AND COMPANY, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN INTEGRATED COMPUTER SYSTEM AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT BY THE CITY OF BAYTOWN OF THE SUM OF TWELVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY -THREE AND NO /100 ($12,$33.00) DOLLARS. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baytown did authorize the Purchasing Department for the City of Baytown to advertise for sealed competitive proposals for the purchase of an integrated computer system to be received April 15, 1986; and WHEREAS, notice to bidders as to the time and place, when and where the contract would be let was published pursuant to the provisions of TEX. REV. CIV. STAT., art. 2368a(c) and the Charter of the City of Baytown; and WHEREAS, all bids were opened on said date and reviewed to determine the proposal most advantageous to the City; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby accepts the proposal of D. J. DeSandro and Company, Inc. for the purchase of an integrated computer system for the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY -THREE AND NO /100 ($12,833.00) DOLLARS, and authorizes payment thereof. Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
