Section Ls That the following described portion of Wilb"m Drive is hereby
declared to ba a no-parking zone, to wits
Wilburn Orive: From North Main west for a distau a of
50 feat -- both sides of street
Section 2x That the following described portion of Johnston Streci is hereby
declared to be to no-parking zone, to wit:
Johnston Street-- From M. t~ King east for a distance, of
50 feet -- morut uside of street
Section 3: That the following described portion of Georgia Street is hereby
declared to be a no- parking zone, to wits
Georgia Street: Fror" i,Garitucky Street to Virginia Street
-- east side of street
Suction 4: Thft C3 €rector of Planning and Traffic is hereby authorized to
cause the proper signs to be posted at the above described locatiorm6
Section 5: It shall be unlawful far a driver of a vehicle to disobey the
instructions of the signs placed in accordanca with the provisions of this ordinance,
unless at the tirrae otherwise directed by a police officer or traffic control signal_
• Section 6: Ali ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with the terms
of this ordinance are hereby repealed, Provided how$Ler. -that -^f: r ,.. sl ahsl bi--
only to the extent of such inconsistency and in all other respects this ordinance
shall be cumulative of other ordinances regulating and governing the subject matter
covered by this ordinance.

Section 7: if any provision, section, exception, subsection, paragraph,
sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance or the application of same to any
person or set of circumstances, shall for any reason be held unconstitutional, void or
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of
this ordinance or their application to other persons or sets of circumstances and to
this end all provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
,.� Section 8: Any person who shall violate any provision of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a
fine of not lsss than One and NO /100 ($1.00) Dollar nor more then Two Hundred and
NO /100 ($200.00) Dollars except minors who have passed their 14th birthday but have
not reached their 17th birthday shall be punished by a fine of not more than One
Hundred and NO /100 ($100.00) Dollars.
Section 9: This Ordinance shall take effect from and after ten (10) days from
its passage by the City Council. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
hereof by causing the caption of this ordinance to be published in the official
newspaper of the City of Baytown at least twice within ten (10) days after the
passage of this ordinance.
