Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby accepts the bid of Pencil Box for item no. 2, Ten (10) card tables, for the sum of Five Hundred Thirty Four and 40/100 (5534.40) Dollars, and authorizes payment thereof. Section 3: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby accepts the bid of Persenaire Playground equipment for item no. 3, forty (40) six foot (61) tables, for the sum of Two Thousand Four Hundred and No /100 ( ;2,400.00) Dollars, and authorizes payment thereof. f' -s 40209 -9a Section 4: This ordinance shell take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
