WI REAS, the City Council of the City of Baytown did
authorize the Purchasing Department foi- the City of Baytown to
. advertise for bids for the annual cement stabilized sand contract
to be received January 17, 1984; and
V&* REAS, noticr to bidders as to the time and place, when
and where the contract would be let was published pursuant to the
provisions of Section 74 of the Charter of the City of Baytown;
and
Vk*3tEAS, all bids were opened and publicly read at City Hall
at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 17, 1984, as per published notice
to bidders; NOW 7FERFFERE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C I TY C MACIL OF WE CITY OF SAYTCIIIM,
TEXAS:
Section I: That the City Council of the City of Baytown
hereby accepts the bid of Stabilized Materials Company for the
annual cement stabilized sang contract for the sum of Forty Five
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty and No /100 ($45,450.00) DOLLARS, and
author ixes Nuyt,oi-pt thereof.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage.
