Ordinance No. 3,64730623 -3 ORDINANCE N0. 3647 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST TO A DEED TRANSFERRING PROPERTY ON BAYSHORE DRIVE IN CONSIDERATION OF THE RECEIPT OF THE SALES PRICE OF SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY AND NO /100 ($730.00) DOLLARS. WHEREAS, City property located at 129 Bayshore Drive was advertised for sale in the local newspaper pursuant to provisions of Section 73 of the Charter of the City of Baytown; and WHEREAS, all bids were opened and publicly read at City Hall at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June lb, 1983; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the value of such property to be Seven Hundred Thirty and No /100 ($730.00) Dollars; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby accepts the bid of Timothy W. Higginbotham for the purchase of city property located at 129 Bayshore Drive, being more fully described as Lot 15, Block F, Brownwood Sub- division, Baytown, Harris County, Texas, for Seven Hundred Thirty and No /100 ($730.00) Dollars. Section 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and attest to a deed conveying said property to Timothy W. Higginbotham upon receipt of Seven Hundred Thirty and No /100 ($730.00) Dollars as the sales price of the property.
