Ordinance No. 3,60930428 -4 ORDINANCE NO. 3609 AN ORDINANCE DECLARING CERTAIN TRACTS AND /OR PARCELS OF LAND ACQUIRED BY THE CITY TO BE A PUBLIC STREET; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. WHEREAS, the City of Baytown has acquired the property described below by purchase or condemnation; and WHEREAS, this property was acquired for use as a public street within the City of Baytown; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: The tract and /or parcels of land heretofore acquired by the City of Baytown, as described in Exhibit "A ", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes is hereby declared to be a public street, being Rollinabrook Drive, more specifically being the extension of Rollingbrook Drive between the now existing portions. Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
