ORDINANCE NO. 3609
AN ORDINANCE DECLARING CERTAIN TRACTS AND /OR PARCELS OF
LAND ACQUIRED BY THE CITY TO BE A PUBLIC STREET; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City of Baytown has acquired the property described below by
purchase or condemnation; and
WHEREAS, this property was acquired for use as a public street within the
City of Baytown; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: The tract and /or parcels of land heretofore acquired by the City
of Baytown, as described in Exhibit "A ", which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof for all intents and purposes is hereby declared to be a public street, being
Rollinabrook Drive, more specifically being the extension of Rollingbrook Drive
between the now existing portions.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City
Council of the City of Baytown, on this the 28th day of April, 1983.
