Ordinance No. 3,39820527 -8 ORDINANCE NO. 3398 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF A STREET EASEMENT BY MANIVEST CORPORATION, DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID DEDICATION WITH THE COUNTY CLERK OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. WHEREAS, the Woodhollow Apartment Complex is experiencing problems with an area for loading and unloading children from school buses. WHEREAS, as a remedy to this problem, a street easement is needed to provide a turnabout within the complex for a loading zone for school buses; and WHEREAS, the landowner has dedicated said easement to the City of Baytown for public use; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section l: That the City of Baytown, Texas, formally accepts the street easement dedication from Manivest Corporation, being the owner of said easement being described in Exhibit "A ", and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes. Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file the street easement dedication with the County Clerk of Harris County, Texas. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas.
