Ordinance No. 3,213Published on: September 2, 1981 10827 -1 ORDINANCE NO. 3213 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CERTAIN BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, AND THE ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY NORTH OF MASSEY TOMPKINS ROAD, WHICH SAID TERRITORY LIES ADJACENT TO AND ADJOINS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS. WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, where all interested persons were provided with an opportunity to be heard on the pro- posed annexation of the following described property, to- wit: TRACT l ALL that certain parcel or tract of land located in the Christian Smith Survey, Abstract No. 69 in Harris County, Texas being more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the East boundary line of the Trailwood Subdivision, said point being the Northwest corner of a 7.08 acre tract of land as described in a correction deed dated August 29, 1972 from John L. Woods, Jr., to S. T4. Woods recorded in film code 149-- 37 -2554 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas and being in the existing city limits line of the City of Baytown; THENCE South 55 degrees 00 minutes East with the North boundary line of said 7.08 acre tract a distance of 307.26 feet to a point in the Northeast corner of said 7.08 acre tract; THENCE South 55 degrees 00 minutes East a distance of 336.57 feet with the North boundary line of a 7.64 acre tract of land as described in a deed from Virgie M. Woods, to John L. Woods, Jr. recorded in film code 149- 37 -2567 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas dated July 31, 1972 to a point for a corner, said point being the Northeast corner of said 7.64 acre tract of land and the Northwest corner of the Wolff tract; THENCE South 55 degrees 00 minutes East a distance of 531.6 feet with the North boundary line of a 10 acre tract of land described in a Quitclaim Deed from Mrs. Augusta Schreck to J. G. Wolff dated April 10, 1937 and recorded in Volume 1156, Page 701 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas; THENCE South 9 degrees 30 minutes East with the East boundary line of said Wolff tract a distance of 82 feet to a point, said point being the Northwest corner of a 2.326 acre tract of land described in a deed from Lydia Smith Conklin to L. G. Huff and wife, Shirley Huff, re- corded in film code 169 -14 -0234 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, dated July 8, 1977; THENCE North 80 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 170 feet with the North boundary line of said Huff tract to a point in the Northeast corner of said Huff tract, said point being the Northwest corner of a 1.02 acre tract of land described in a deed from Evelyn Edwina Barclay to L. G.
