his heirs and assigns, as the owner of said mineral interests, that no use of
the surface of the easement shall be made in connection with the drilling,
exploring ior, producing, treating, storing or handling such minerals.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together with
all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging.
