Ordinance No. 2,539M ' ORDINANCE NO. 2539 . 80914 -9 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LAND DEDICATION BY ROLAND P. ARMSTRONG AND MARY M. ARMSTRONG; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID DEDICATION WITH THE COUNTY CLERK OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN: Section 1: That the City of Baytown formally accepts the land dedication from Roland P. Armstrong and Mary M. Armstrong being owners of the property, said property being described in Exhibit "A," and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes. Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file the land dedication with the County Clerk of Harris County, Texas. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
