AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE BID OF CUSHMAN ELECTRONICS, INC.
FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE SPECTRUM MONITOR AND AUTHORIZING
THE PAYMENT BY THE CITY OF THE SUM OF FOUR THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY -ONE AND 55/100 ($4,371.55) DOLLARS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baytown,
Texas, did authorize the Purchasing Department for the City
of Baytown to advertise for bids for the purchase of one
spectrum monitor to be received Wednesday, December 7, 1977;
and
WHEREAS, notice to bidders as to the time and place,
when and where the contract would be let was published
pursuant to provisions of Section 74 of the Charter of the
City of Baytown; and
WHEREAS, all bids were opened and publicly read at City
Hall at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 7, 1977, as per
published notice to bidders; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown,
Texas, hereby accepts the bid of Cushman Electronics, Inc.
for the purchase of one spectrum monitor for the sum of Four
Thousand Three Hundred Seventy -One and 55/100 ($4,371.55)
Dollars on a delivery date of 60 days and authorizes payment
of the sum of Four Thousand Three Hundred Seventy -One and
55/100 ($4,371.55) Dollars.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage by the City Council of the City
of Baytown, Texas.
