Ordinance No. 2,353ORDINANCE NO. 2353 8129 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION, ARTICLE VI, ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND CHARGES, BY AMENDING SECTION 2 -120 TO INCREASE THE CHARGE FOR CERTIFIED COPIES OF BIRTH AND DEATH RECORDS TO $3.00 EACH; REPEALING ORDI- NANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That Chapter 2, "Administration," of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Baytown, Texas, is hereby amended by the amendment of Article VI, Administrative Fees and Charges, Section 2 -120, Public records and documents; fee schedule for copies, by the repeal of subsection (e) as presently constituted, and by the addition of a new sub- section (e) that shall read as follows, to -wit: ARTICLE VI.
