SUBJECT: Change Order No. 2 - Sterling Municipal Library
The architect on this project, Davis and Burge, have requested this change or-
der. It was originally planned to leave the existing West Texas Avenue driveway
in place and match that grade with the proposed parking additions.
However, after a closer inspection of the existing drive it has now been deter-
V: mined that because of its poor condition it should also be replaced. Additionally,
there are some grade problems occurring with attempting to match the proposed
packing areas with the existing drive.
This change order would allow for the grades to be corrected as well as replac-
ing the old asphalt drive which has broken up. The total amount of work to be
completed under this change order is $1,929 as quoted by the contractor, Span - Glass.
