Ordinance No. 2,1347169 ORDINANCE NO. 2134 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 TO THE CONTRACT WITH BROWN & ROOT, INC. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PHASE I, 1976 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: That the City Council does hereby authorize Change Order No. 2 to the contract with Brown & Root, Inc. for the construction of Phase I, 1976 Street Improvement Program. A copy of said change order is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A," and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes. Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect from and after the date of its passage by the affirmative vote of the City Council of the City of Baytown.
