AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF STERLING ELECTRONICS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
SOUND EQUIPMENTAND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT BY THE CITYOF THE
SUM OF ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY-ONE AND NO/100 ($1 ,241.00)
DOLLARS WITH REGARD TOSUCH ACCEPTANCE.
BEIT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCILOFTHE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1:That the City Council of the Cityof Baytown,Texas,hereby
accepts the bid of Sterling Electronics forthe purchase of five public address
systems tobe utilized by the Parks &RecreationDepartment of the City of Baytown
at the Baytown Sports Complex as follows:
Four public address systems at softball fields $885.00
One public address system at swimming pool 356.00
TOTALPRICE $1,241.00
and authorizes payment to Sterling Electronics by the City forthe sumof One
Thousand Two Hundred Forty-One and No/100 ($1,241.00)Dollars.
Section 1:This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown.
