Ordinance No. 1,454ORDINANCE NO.1454 AN ORDINANCE OF THECITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS, RESTRICTING TURNING MOVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF PARK AND DECKER,PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF,AND PRO VIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS: Section 1:That the City Council of the City of Baytown,Texas,upon recom mendation by the Council Traffic Committee does herebyauthorize the restriction of turning movements on the following named streets,highways,or parts thereof described as follows: No left turns from Park onto Decker Drive Section 2:The Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to cause the proper signs to be posted restricting the above mentioned movements at the above intersection. Secton 3:Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars,and each violation shall constitute a separate offense. Section 4:Effective Date:This ordinance shall take effect from and after ten (10)days after its passage by the City Council.The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice hereof by causing the caption of this ordinance to be published in the official newspaper of the City of Baytown at least twice within ten (10)days after its passage.
