AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS,
ACCEPTING THEBID OF WARRIOR SECURITY DEVICES FOR THE PURCHASE
OF A MAGNETIC DETECTION DEVICE AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT BY
THE CITY OF THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100
($1,350.00)DOLLARS WITHREGARD TO SUCH ACCEPTANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1:That the City Council of the City of Baytown,Texas,hereby accepts
the bid of Warrior Security Devices for the purchase of a magnetic detection device
and authorizes the payment by the City of a sum of One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty
and No/100 ($1,350.00)Dollars.
Section 2:This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage bythe City Council of the City of Baytown.
