Ordinance No. 1,425ORDINANCE NO.1425 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.1052-A,INTRODUCED,READ AND PASSED ON MARCH 25,1971,AND DECLARING SAID ORDINANCE TO HAVE NO FORCE AND EFFECT,AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. WHEREAS,Ordinance No.1052-A was duly enacted on March 25,1971 to provide a fee system for the requirement of the City of providing temporary sewage treatment facilities because of new development during the interim period of construction under the 1970 Capital Improvements Program;and WHEREAS,said ordinance was enacted on a temporary basis for the purpose stated above;NOW THEREFORE, BEIT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN: Section 1:That Ordinance No.1052-A,introduced,read and passed on March 25,1971 (Codified as Sections 31-68 and 31-69)is hereby repealed and declared to have no force and effect. Section 2:The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective beginning October 1,1973. INTRODUCED,READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council on this12th day of July ,1973.
