Ordinance No. 1,418ORDINANCE NO.1418 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A PARCEL OF LAND OUT OF THE 12.53 ACRE TRACT OF LAND AS DESCRIBED IN A DEED RECORDED IN HARRIS COUNTY DEED RECORDS UNDER COUNTY CLERK FILE NO.D56748 LOCATED IN THE HARVEY WHITING SURVEY,A-840 IN THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS, FOR EASEMENT PURPOSES AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT BY THE CITY FOR THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN AND08/100 ($111.08)DOLLARS AND PROVIDING FORTHE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
