ACRE TRACT OF LAND AS DESCRIBED IN A DEED RECORDED IN HARRIS
COUNTY DEED RECORDS UNDER COUNTY CLERK FILE NO.D56748 LOCATED
IN THE HARVEY WHITING SURVEY,A-840 IN THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS,
FOR EASEMENT PURPOSES AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT BY THE CITY FOR
THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN AND08/100 ($111.08)DOLLARS AND
PROVIDING FORTHE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BEIT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,TEXAS:
Section 1:That the City Council of the City of Baytown,Texas,hereby
authorizes the purchase of a parcel of land for easement purposes being described
as follows,to-wit:
BEING A PARCELOF LAND OUT OF THE JOHNSON-LOGGINS 12.53ACRE TRACT OF
LAND AS DESCRIBED IN A DEED RECORDED IN HARRIS COUNTY DEEDRECORDS
UNDER COUNTY CLERK FILE NO.D56748 LOCATED IN THE HARVEY WHITING SUR
VEY,A-840 IN THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,HARRIS COUNTY,TEXAS,AND BEING
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS IN EXHIBIT "A"AT
TACHED HERETO AND MADEA PART HEREOF.
from Johnson-Loggins,Inc.and authorizes the payment by the City of a sum of
One Hundred Eleven and 08/100 ($111.08)Dollars.
Section 2:Effective Date:This ordinance shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
