Ordinance No. 1,375ORDINANCE NO. 1375 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE BID OF MOTOROLA, INC. FOR ONE CCTV SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM INSTALLED , BID NO. 732-16 AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE SUM OF TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY -SEVEN AND NO /100 ($10,777.00) DOLLARS WITH REGARD TO SUCH ACCEPTANCE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, did authorize the Purchasing Department for the City of Baytown to advertise for bids for the purchase of one CCTV Surveillance System installed, Bid No. 732 -16 to be received February 28, 1973; and WHEREAS, notice to bidders as to the time and place, when and where the contract would be let was published pursuant to provisions of Section 74 of the Charter of the City of Baytown; and WHEREAS, all bids were opened and publicly read at City Hall at 10:15 a.m., Wednesday, February 28, 1973, as per the published notice to bidders; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN: Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby accepts the bid of Motorola, Inc. for the purchase of one CCTV Surveillance System installed on a delivery date of 60 to 75 calendar days for the sum of Ten Thousand Seven Hun- dred Seventy -Seven and No /100 ($10,777.00) Dollars with regard to such acceptance.
