COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
OF 0.0230 ACRES MORE OR LESS FROM W. C.
MENT PURPOSES AND AUTHORIZING THE PAY -
SUM OF THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY -FIVE AND
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown hereby authorizes
the purchase of 0.0230 acres more or less being particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
BEING A PARCEL OF LAND OUT OF THE 0.477 ACRE TRACT OF LAND AS DESCRIBED
IN A DEED RECORDED IN HARRIS COUNTY DEED RECORDS UNDER COUNTY CLERK FILE
NO. D565749, LOCATED IN THE HARVEY WHITING SURVEY, A -840 IN THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY
METES AND BOUNDS IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
from W. C. Menasco, Trustee for easement purposes and authorizes the payment
by the City of a sum of Three Hundred Seventy -Five and No /100 ($375.00) Dollars.
Section 2: Effective Date: This ordinance shall take effect immediately
from and after its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.

COhS'IENCING at a 2 -inch iron pipe situated at -the point of intersection
of the North right -of -way line of Market Street Road with the West
boundary line of the Price Pruett Estate 204.63 acre tract;
THENCE, North 63 degrees, 15 minutes East a distance of 833.57 feet
along the North right -of -way lire of Market Street Road to a 1/2 -inch
steel rod at the Southeast corner of the 0.447 W. C. Menasco, Trustee
tract for a point of BEGINNING; said point also being the Southwest
corner of a 0.5165 acre tract of land conveyed to H. D. Becker by
R. H. Pruett, et al, as recorded in Volume 6338, Page 377 of the Deed
Records of Harris County, Texas;
THENCE, North 26 degrees, 45 minutes West a distance of 100.00 feet
along the West boundary of the aforementioned H. D. Becker tract,
being the East boundary of the 0.447 Acre tract to a 1/2 -inch steel
rod for the Northeast corner of the herein described easement; and being
the Northeast corner of the 0.447 Acre Tract.
THENCE, South 63 degrees, 15 minutes West a distance of 10.00 feet
along the North boundary of the W. C. Menasco, trustee tract to the
Northwest corner of the herein described easement;
THENCE, South 26 degrees, 45 minutes East a distance of 100.00 feet
to the North right -of -way line of Market Street Road, for the South-
west corner of the herein described easement, said right -of -way line
being the South boundary of the W. C. Menasco, Trustee tract;
THENCE, North 63 degrees, 15 minutes East a distance of 10.00 feet
to the point of BEGINNING, enclosing a tract of land containing
0.0230 acres more or less.
