AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF PLECTRON CORPORATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF
EIGHTEEN TONE ACTIVATED RADIO MONITORS AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT
BY THE CITY OF THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY -THREE
AND NO /100 ($2,223.00) DOLLARS WITH REGARD TO SUCH ACCEPTANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas,
hereby accepts the bid of Plectron Corporation for the purchase of Eighteen
Ton Activated Radio Monitors and authorizes the payment by the city
of a sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred Twenty -Three and No /100 ($2,223.00)
Dollars. The award of this bid is conditioned upon specifications and
delivery requirements set forth in the Invitation to bid, City of Baytown
Bid No. 726 -20.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown on this 20th day of June
1972.
