AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF EDELMAN'S HOUSE OF UNIFORMS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF POLICE UNIFORMS AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT
BY THE CITY OF THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY -
ONE AND 501100 ($1,771.50) DOLLARS WITH REGARD TO SUCH
ACCEPTANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section l: That the City Council of the City of Baytown,
Texas, hereby accepts the bid of Edelman's House of Uniforms
for the purchase of police uniforms and authorizes the payment by the
city of a sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy -One and 50/100_
Dollars. The award of this bid is conditioned upon specifications and
delivery requirements set forth in the Invitation to bid, City of Baytown
Bid No. 726 -19.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the
City Council of the City of Baytown on this 8th day of June
1972.
