Ordinance No. 1,201ORDINANCE NO. 1201
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS,
ADOPTING APPENDIX "C° TO THE BAYTOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES AND IN-
CLUDING THEREIN GEOMETRIC DESIGN STANDARDS FOR DRIVEWAYS, CURB
CUTS AND OFF - STREET PARKING PLACES AND MAPS OF AREAS, AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1: Geometric design standards for driveway and off - street parking
stalls are attached, hereto and hereafter will be included in Appendix C to the
Baytown Code of Ordinances.
Section 2: Areas excluded from the application of Seciton 19 1/2 -9 as de-
picted on [naps are attached hereto and will be included in Appendix C of the
Baytown Code of Ordinances.
Section 3: This ordinances shall take effect from and after its passage
by the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the City Council
of the City of Baytown, this the 21st day of March , 1972•
