Ordinance No. 1,111ORDINANCE NO. 1111 AN ORDINANCE TO CHAPTER 7 OF THE BAYTOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES EXEMPTING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM CLASS- IFICATION IN FIRE ZONE NO. ONE (1) OR TWO (2); CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS: Section 1: Chapter 7 of the Baytown Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by the addition of a new Section which is to read as follows: Section 7.2. Property exempted from Fire Zones. The following property is exempt from classification either from Fire Zone No. One (1) or Fire Zone No. Two (2) : (a) Lot Six (6), Block Three (3) of East Baytown a Subdivision in the William Scott Upper League of Harris County, Texas. Recorded in Volume Seven (7) - Page Fifty -four (54) with Harris County. (b) Lots Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight (8); Block Twenty -five (25) in Pruett Addition in the City of Baytown, Harris County, Texas. Section 2: Savings Clause: If any provision, section, exception, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance or the application of same to any person or set of circumstances, shall for any reason be held unconstitutional, void or invalid, such invalidity shall not effect the validity of the remaining provisions of this ordinance or their applica- tion to other persons or sets of circumstances and to this end all provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. Section 3: Effective Date: This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage by the City Council.
