Section 1: That Section 31(d) of Ordinance No, 752, passed by the City Council of the city of Baytown on the 25th day of August, 1965, is hereby amended by the amendment of Section 31(d), by the deletion of King Street as a one -way street, and shall read as follows: Section 31(d): One -Way Roadways and Notary Traffic Islands. 1. Ashbel Street: North from its intersection with West Gulf Street to its intersection with West 10111N Sterling Street. 2, Gaillard Street: South from its intersection with West Sterling Street to its intersection with West. Gulf Street. 3. Jones Street: South from its intersection with West Gulf Street, and North from its intersection with West Pearce Street to its intersection with West Defee Street. 4. West Defee Street: East from its intersection with North Pruett Street to its intersection with North Main Street.. 5, West Sterling Street: West from its intersection with North Commerce Street to its intersection with North Main Street. 6. Oklahoma Street: North from its intersection with Wisconsin Street to its intersection with Minnesota Street. 7, Colorado Street: South from its intersection with Minnesota Street to its intersection with Wisconsin Street. Magnolia Street: North from its intersection with Market Street to its intersection with Cedar Street. 9, Denby Street: West from its intersection with Pruett Street to its intersection with Massey Street. 10. Massey Street: North from its intersection with Casey Street to its intersection with Denby Street., 12. Virginia Street: East from its intersection with Georgia Street to its intersection with New Jersey Street., Section 2: If any provision, exception, section, sub- section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance or the application of same to any person or set of circumstances, shall for any reason be held unconstitutional, void or invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this ordinance or their application to other persons or sets of circumstances and to this end, all provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances, in- consistent with the terms of this ordinance are hereby repealed; provided, however, that such repeal shall be only to the extent of such inconsistency and in all other respects this ordinance shall be cumulative of other ordinances regulating and governing the subject matter covered by this ordinance. Section 4: This ordinance shall take effect from and after the affirmative passage of the City Council.
