WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, where all interested persons were provided with an opportunity to be heard on the proposed annexation of the following described territory, to -wit: TRACT ONE BEGINNING at a point on the existing City limits line of the City of 3aytown, said point being more fully described as being on the West right - of -way line of Farm Market Road No. 2354 at a distance 19,800 feet South of Interstate Highway 10; THENCE, in a Southerly direction along the hest right -of -way line of said Farm Market Foad No. 2354, a distance of 10,560 feet to a point for corner; THENCE, in an Easterly direction perpendicular to the West right -of -way line of Farm Market Road No. 2354, a distance of 10 feet to a point for corner; THR';C?, in a Northerly direction 70 feet from and parallel to the d_st right -of -way line of Farm Market Road No. 2354 a distance of 10,560 feet to a point for corner on the existing City limit line; THENCE, in a Westerly direction along the existing City limits line, a distance of 10 feet to the POINT OF BEGI"'IN'O. Section 2: The above described territory and the area so annexed shall be a part of the City of Baytown, Texas, and the property so added hereby shall bear its pro rata part of the taxes levied by the City of Baytown, Texas, and the inhabitants thereof shall be entitled to all of the rights and privileges of all the citizens and shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolutions and regulations of the City of Baytown, Texas. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published and passed in the manner provided in Article 1, Section 9 of the Charter of the City of Baytown, Texas.
