OF BAYTOWN TO APPROPRIATE ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
TWENTY -FOUR AND THIRTY /ONE HUNDRED ($1,124.30) D0UARS
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS GENERAL FUND TO C -4SSI-
FICATIONS 103 A -2. 201 A -3 AND 202 E -4.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
THAT theCity Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized to appro-
priate One Thousand One Hundred Twenty -Four Dollars and Thirty Cents ($1,124.30)
from the Unappropriated Surplus General Fund to the following cla ?ssifications,
to -wit:
Classification 103 A -2 $ 95.00 To pay salary of extra help
while Corporation Court Clerk
® was ill.
Classification 201 A -3 869.30 To pay termination and sick
time leave - Police Department
Classification 202 E -4 160.00 To pay for repairs to La Porte
Fire Truck damaged in fighting
fire in Baytown.
Total Appropriation $1,124,30
INTRODUCED. READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of a majority of the
City,Council on this the 27th day of September, A.D., 1956.
