THE CITY OF BAYTOWN TO APPROPRIATE NINE THOU-
SAND ($9,000) -DOLLARS FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED
SURPLUS TRAFFIC INPROVEMENT'FUND TO GENERAL
FUND CLASSIFICATION 301 D -8
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN. TEXAS:
THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized to ap-
propriate Nine Thousand ($9,000) Dollars from the Unappropriated Surplus Traf-
fic Improvement Fund to General Fund Classification 301 D -8, Repair of Streets.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of a majority of the
City Council of the City of Baytown on this the 11th day of July, A.D., 1956.
