AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN TO APPROPRIATE EIGHT
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY -THREE DOLLARS
AND SEVENTY -THREE CENTS ($8,323.73) FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS WATER FUND TO CLASSI-
FICATIONS 1002 'E -9, 1002 Z -9 AND-100-2.Z-;-10
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized to ap-
propriate 'Eight Thousand Three Hundred Twenty -Three dollars and Seventy -Three
Cents ($8,323.73) from the Unappropriated Surplus Water Fund to the following
classifications, to —wit:
Classification 1002 'E -9 $1,463.31 Repairs
Classification 1002 Z -9 822.00 New Lines
Classification 1002 Z -10 6,038.42 Meters & Settings
Total $8,323.73
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of a majority of tie
City Council of the City of Baytown on this the 11th day of July, A.D., 1956.
