AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY
OF BAYTOWN TO APPROPRIATE EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY ($850.00)
DOLORS FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS TRAFFIC IMPROVE-
MENT FUND TO CLASSIFICATION 2000 B -13.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN, TEXAS:
THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized to appro-
priate Eight Hundred Fifty ($850.00) Dollars from the Unappropriated Surplus Traf-
fic Improvement Fund to Classification 2000 B -13, to pay for street signs.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of a majority of the
City Council of the City of Baytown on this the 9th day of May, A.D., 1956.
