AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN TO APPROPRIATE EIGHTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY
DOLLARS ($18,290.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND UNAPPROPRIATED
SURPLUS TO THE FOLLOWING CLASSIFICATIONS: ONE HUNDRED
SIXTY -FIVE DOLLARS ($165.00) TO CLASSIFICATION 201 -A -11
TEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY DOLLARS ($10,980.00) To
CLASSIFICATION 201-A-3., NINETY -SIX DOLLARS ($96.00) TO
CLASSIFICATION 201 -Z -11 ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE ($165.00)
DOLLARS TO CLASSIFICATION 202 -A -1, FOUR THOUSAND ME
HUNDRED EIGHTY=FOUiRDOLLARS TO CLASSIFICATION 202-A-3.1
ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($19000) TO 401 -Z -2, SEVEN HUNDRED
($700.00) DOLLARS TO CLASSIFICATION 701 -Z -2, THREE
HUNDRED ($300.00) DOLLARS TO CLASSIFICATION 101 -F -2 and
SIX HUNDRED ($600.00) DOLLARS TO CLASSIFICATION 102-G-8.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN:
SECTION 1: THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby
authorized to appropriate Eighteen Thousand Tiro Hundred Ninety Dollars
($18,290.00) from the General Fund Unappropriated Surplus to the following
classifications and in the following amounts:
