AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN TO TRANSFER ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY
($1,320.00) DOLLARS FROM THE TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENT FUND
UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS TO BE APPLIED TO CIASSIFICA TION
2000 -Z -11.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN:
SECTION 1: THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby
authorized to transfer One Thousand Three hundred Twenty Dollars ($1,320) from
the Traffic Fund Unappropriated Surplus to be applied to traffic Lights and Signal
Systems, Classification 2000 -Z -11.
SECTION 2: THAT this ordinance shall take effect from and after the
date of its passage by a majority of the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of a majority of
the City Council of the City of Baytown on this 10th day of November, A. D., 1553.
