J • ORDINANCE N0. 203 ® AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN TO TRANSFER TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUtORED FIFTY -FOUR DOLLAPS AND SIXTY -ONE CENTS ($2,851.61) FROM THE TRAFFIC IMPROV"WIENT FUND TO CLASSIFICATION 301 -D -8, AND ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($1570.50) FROM THE WATER FUND, CLASSIFICATION 1002 -Z-9 TO BAYTOM IMPROVEMENT FUND, CLASSIFICATIONS 4001 -31 4001-4, 4001 -7, 1001 -9 and 1001 -10. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTJWN: SECTION 1: THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized to transfer Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty -Four Dollars and Sixty -One Cents ($2,854.61) from the Traffic Improvement Fund to Classification 301 -D -8, Maintnance of Streets and One Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Dollars and Fifty Cents ($1,570.50) from the Water Fund, Classification 1002 -Z -9, to Baytown Improvement Fund, Classifications as follows: Contingencies 4001 -3 $ 191.80 Yiator Well Contract No. 1 4001 -4 80.91 Water Well Pumps Contract No. 61x001 -7 7 2.38 Elevated Tank Foundation Contract No. 6 4001 -9 35o.00 Power & Light 14iring 1x001 -10 225.1 1 TOTAL $1,570-50 SECTION 2: THAT this ordinance shall take effect from and after the date of its passage by a majority of the City Council of the City,of Baytown.
