Ordinance No. 201ORDINANCE NO. 201 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN TO TRANSFER TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY - EIGHT DOLLARS AND THIRTY -SIX CENTS ($10,778.36) FROM THE COUNCIL EMERGENCY FUND TO BE APPLIED TO CLASSIFICATIONS 107 -2 -12 AND 107 -D -1; ALSO ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY- SEVEN DOLLARS AND NINETY -TWO CENTS TO BE TRANSFERRED FROM THE WATER FUND TO CLASSIFICATION 1002 -D -7. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN: SECTION 1: THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized to transfer Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy -Eight Dollars and Thirty -Six Cents ($10,778.36) from the Council Emergency Fund to the following classifications: Account: 107 -'Z -12 Heating and cooling units, $103627.36 painting and insulation of City offices 107 -D -1 Maintenance of buildings; 151.00 repairing Corporation Court and Library roofs TOTAL $10,778.36 also One Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty -Seven Dollars and Ninety -Two Cents to be transferred from the Water Fund to Classification 1002 -D -7, to pay the Texas Water Well Company for work done on Water Well No. 3 on Nazro Street. SECTION 2: THAT this ordinance shall take effect from and after the date of its passage by a majority of the City Council of the City of Baytown.
