AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER. OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN TO TRANSFER TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWO DOLLARS
AND NINETY CENTS ($2502.90) FROM THE WATER FUND TO CLASSIFICATION
1003 -Z -1, AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN:
SECTION 1: THAT the -City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized
to transfer Two Thousand Five Hundred Two Dollars and Ninety.Cents ($2502.90)
from the Plater Tund to Classification 1003 -F -1.
SECTION 2: THAT this ordinance shall take effect from and after the date
of its passage by a majority of the City Council of the City of Baytown.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of a majority of the
• City Council of the City of Baytown on this 10th day of September, 1953.
