Ordinance No. 1761 ORDINANCE NO. 176 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN TO TRANSFER ONE THOUSAND STX HUNDRED SIXTY -JNE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-TREE CENTS ($1,661.23) FROM THE GENERAL FUND UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS TO CLASSIFICATION 702 -F -3B, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING PREMIUMS ON THE CITY'S PUILDING AND CONTENTS INSURANCE; ALSO THREE HUNDRED TWEENTY ( $320.00) DOLLARS FR10M CLASSIFICATION 101, COUNCIL CONTINGENT FUND TO CLASSIFICATION 101 -E -2, FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PUMP FOR THE SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN: SECTION 1: THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized to transfer One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty -One Dollars and Twenty -Three Cents (91,661.23) frorn the General Fund Unappropriated Surplus to Classification 702 -F -3B, for the purpose of paying premiums on the City's building and contents insurance; also, Three Hundred Twenty ($320.00) Dollars from Classification 101, Council ® Contingent Fund to Classification 101 -E -2, for the purchase of a pump for the sewage disposal plant. SECTION 2: THAT this ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage by a majority of the City Council of the City of Baytown.
