• AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF
BAYTOWN TO TRANSFER FIVE HUNDRED ($500) DOLLARS FROM THE
COUNCIL EMERGENCY FUND TO CLASSIFICATION 101 -G -1, FOR THE
PURPOSE OF AIDING THE BAYTOWN PUBLIC LIBRARY; ALSO ONE
THOUSAND SIXTY -FOUR DOLLARS. AND FIVE CENTS ($1,064.05�-FROM
THE WATER FUND UNAPPROPRIATED SRPLUS TO CLASSIFICATION
1002- Z- 9,'FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING THE PRIVATELY OWNED
WATER SYSTEM IN RIO VISTA SUBDIVISION; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN:
SECTION 1: THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby authorized
to transfer Five Hundred ($500) Dollars from the Council Emergency Fund to
Classification 101 -G -1, for the purpose of aiding the Baytown Public Library;
also One Thousand Sixty -Four Dollars and Five Cents ($1,064.05) from the Water
Fund,Uhappropriated Surplus to Classification 1002 -Z -9, for the purpose of purchasing
the privately owned water system in Rio Vista Subdivision.
SECTION 2: THAT this ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage
by a majority of the City Council of the City of Baytown.

of Baytown on this the llth day of December, 1952.
