ORDINANCE NO. 122
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN TO TRANSFER CERTAIN
SUMS OF MONEY FROM VARIOUS CLASSIFICATIONS
TO OTHER CLASSIFICATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN:
Section 1: THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby
authorized to transfer the following sums of money from and to the fol-
lowing classifications, to -wit:

take effect from and after the
date of its passage by a majority of the City Council of the City of
Baytown.
