AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY
:;OF BAYTOWN TO TRANSFER NINE THOUSAND (89 000.00)
DOLIARS FROM CJASSIFICATION IOI -Y (IOI -Yj TO TW0 HUN-
DRED AND ONE -Z -11 (201-9-11).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN;
Section It THAT the City Manager of the City of Baytown is hereby
authorized to transfer Nine Thousand (09,000.00) Dollars from classi-
fication ZOI -Y to Two Hundred and One -Z -11 (201- Z -11)0
Section 21 THAT this ordinance shall take effect from and after
® the date of its passage by a majority of the City Council of the City
of Baytown.
