A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA
WATER AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE GENERAL MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH ARDURRA GROUP, LLC, FOR
THE BAYTOWN AREA WATER AUTHORITY FILTER AIR SCOUR
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT
TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND TWELVE AND 501100
DOLLARS ($291,012.50); MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED THERETO;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA WATER
AUTHORITY:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority does hereby
authorize the General Manager to execute a Professional Service Agreement with Ardurra Group, LLC,
for the Baytown Area Water Authority Filter Air Scour Improvements Project. A copy of said agreement
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A," and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes.
Section 2: That the City Council of the City of Baytown authorizes payment in an amount
not to exceed TWO HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND TWELVE AND 501100 DOLLARS
($291,012.50) in accordance with the amendment authorized in Section 1 hereinabove.
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by the
Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors of the
Baytown Area Water Authority this the 20"' day of February, 2019.
