A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS, NAMING THE AREA THAT COINCIDES WITH THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN'S ARTS, CULTURAL, AND
ENTERTAINMENT ZONING DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAYTOWN,
TEXAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Baytown, Texas, hereby names the
area that coincides with the boundaries of the City of Baytown's Arts, Cultural, and
Entertainment Zoning District, as depicted in Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, as the Downtown Arts District.
Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the City Council of the City of Baytown.
