A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN
AREA WATER AUTHORITY ESTABLISHING THE DATE, TIME AND
PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2018-19 PROPOSED BUDGET;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BAYTOWN AREA
WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1: That the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority hereby
establishes August 16, 2018, as the date for a public hearing on the 2018-19 Proposed Budget.
Such public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled meeting on August 15, 2018,
which commences at 9:00 a.m., in the Council Chambers of the Baytown City Hall located
at 2401 Market Street, Baytown, Harris County, Texas.
Section 2: The Assistant Secretary of the Baytown Area Water Authority is hereby
authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, date and place of the public hearing to be
published in a newspaper with general circulation in the District not later than the tenth day
before the date of the public hearing.
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage by
the Board of Directors of the Baytown Area Water Authority.
INTRODUCED, READ and PASSED, by the affirmative vote of the Board of Directors
of the Baytown Area Water Authority this the 18th day of July, 2018.
